Physical Discription
Valance is a rough and handsome man. With a chisled face, and a strong body. Valance has medium length, blonde hair and peircing blue eyes, not the kind you would want to gaze into. Valance has got a mean look to him, with the heavy brow and deep set eyes, and a cigarette normally stuck in his mouth. He wears long sleeved shirts and jeans, sometimes the leather chaps that go along with riding and when he's feeling particularily in the mood, or a bust dress-up calls for it, he'll dress in suits.[/blockquote]
Personality
Valance is hard man, to everyone's eyes except his own. He's a ruthless killer and criminal, one lucky enough to be let ago, due to 'falsification of the truth'. Or, his gang had threatened the judge. Valance used to be a caring and gentle man, the kind that you'd love to meet on teh street and chat to for amoment- but he lost his wife and his son in a fire that burned his soul away along with the house. Valance started up in the train robbing buisness, and eventually went on to banks and other things. He became the leader of a small gang of criminals, so despite the fact that he doesn't nessecarily do any of the leg work, most of the things that go on around these parts could be blamed on him. He was nicknamed 'The Blaze' not only for the fact that he lost his family to one, but also because that's his way of getting through to people. Threatening to burn them alive.[/blockquote]
Past
Valance Tuscon was born to a normal family, and lived the regular middle-class life, not nessecarily spoiled but most definitely not doted on with every breath of his parents. Valance had two brothers, and they were a tight knit group, until Valance tured 16. Valance met a woman by the name of Emily Robers, and they fell in love immediatly.[/blockquote]
Now, wether this was a puppy love sort of thing, or the true thing has been argued amongst Valance's men since the dawn of his leadership, reguardless of this, when Valance turned 18 the two were wed and they led a happy life. Until, that is, the eve of his oldest brothers birthday. Valance had left town to go visit him, leaving Emily and their 5 year old son at home, because Tommy had fallen down with a cold and Emily didn't want to hold Valance back.
His brother convinced him to stay the night, because the two of them had been dipping a bit too much into the local sallon, and Valance agreed that it would be the best thing. He later regretted that decision, when riding up to the town he could see the black pillar rising into the sky.
Some say Valance went mad, and killed 3 men that day. Others say he rented a room in the saloon for 1 year, and drunk the memories of his dead family away. Whatever it was that he did, it wasn't that that changed Valance. He became creul and abusive to everyone around him. Valance slowly began to dabble in theivery and then progressed through bigger and bigger things.
Until, at the age of 32 he had his own outfit of bandits and maurarders.
