Crossroads Stables is a boarding/teaching barn dedicated to educating its students in the many areas of horseback riding and horse care, thus building character and encouraging the riders to dream big and reach for the stars.
We offer lessons in all disciplines of Western and English. We also have a boarding service, with room for fifty horses in addition to our fifteen. Our horses are champions in some of the most prestigious horse shows in the world and have some excellent bloodlines.
Crossroads Stables is a wonderful place to board or ride. We encourage strong character and a good work ethic. Why go anywhere else?
So, we all know about that information they give on the website and in all the brochures. But all the members of the barn know everything else, too. Sex, drugs, rock and roll... It all happens here.
The horses here are exquisite. Everyone knows it. That tends to be the reason why the barns all have security systems, and people get extremely paranoid around shows. You have to protect that investment, eh?
Those hay lofts in the barn seem like a great place to have lunch, right? Wrong. You may not know it, but it is highly possible you could walk in on...a social gathering. Just watch your step and always knock on closed doors.
There are occasions your horse may be acting lethargic or under par for unexplained reasons. It's not a cold; it's not fatigue. It's sabotage. It's not just the horses who get hit, either. Riders have been known to just happen to fall asleep in the lounge for hours and they just happen to miss their round at a show. Coincidence? Not likely.
In the end, we all know that it's the horses that keep us coming here. They get top care here and the barn is just short of heaven. You'll suffer through hell to get to perfection, and Crossroads is where you'll find it.
