Physical Description: Matt has short brown hair which is normal in a messy state. He is usualloy wearing a cowboy hat and cowboy boots. His eyes are a shade of blue. Matt stands about 6'2. He weighs just over 170 pounds. His face usuaully consists of a frown. Matt doesn't smile alot so getting him to smile or smirk is a feat.
Personality: Matt can be very straightforward and blunt. He is not scared to tell you what is on his mind. He can be trusted one hundred percent and is completely honest. If you ask him a question he is not going to beat around the bush about it. He will just come out and tell you. Matt however can be very hotheaded and his blood can boil very quickly. Things set him off rather quickly at times. You just have to see what his mood is before you confront him with something. He is very helpful and will always get his work down that he has to do. If he is asked to do something or asked to help he will do his best to help out. Matt naturally draws people to him. He is a natural born leader and people follow him. He has a good way with words and is very convicing and easy to understand. When it comes to the ladies he is not really all that interested but a couple have his eye.
Past: Matt was born a few towns away. His parents were killed in a house fire. So he moved here to live with his grandparents. He helped out around the house and when he was old enough to work he was helping out in the barns and with the horses and everything else. he wanted to prove he was just as strong as the older men. Matt was always trying to prove himself to himself and to other people. Matt has always been very determined. Matt always worked hard for the ranch. He knew a lot about it and the animals and everything else you need to know. He kept gaining new positions. He just wanted to prove to them that he could be someone they could trust with their ranch and other matters. So when he was finally hired as the local ranchers foreman he was ready to do the job. And well.

Pretty good, I would just like to see a little more mention of his abilities as a leader. He naturally draws people to him, which is part of why he makes for such a good foreman. Also, rather than to be hired straight into the foreman position, it is more likely that he would work his way up to it and prove himself capable.

Oh, and just out of curiosity, who's the dude you found for the pb? He looks good.
